Kathleen has performed at the Old Globe Theaterwinning the Best Actress nomination for Who’s Happy Now, The Lamb’s Players and the La Jolla Museum for Contemporary Art in San Diego, California. She directed the acclaimed Billy Bishop Goes to War at the North Coast Repertory Theatre in Solano Beach, California and produced five major productions at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Kathleen also has directed numerous touring shows in Germany, Austria and Switzerland receiving numerous directing awards. Since 1990, she has been developing programs in Eastern Europe which have become a model for arts education. She is the artistic director of movement theater schools in Poland and Latvia. As Director of The Lion’s Mouth Theatre in Poland, she was the recipient in Warsaw of the national OFTA commendation for impacting Polish culture with positive values.

Kathleen holds several degrees from the University of Michigan in drama and San Diego State University in musical theater, as well as, an honorary Professorship from The Yunan Institute for the Arts in Kunming, China. She studied dance, mime and commedia dell’arte at world-renowned schools: The Jacque le Coq School for Movement Theatre – Paris, The Institute for Advanced Studies in Classical Theatre – New York City, with premier dancer Carmelita Marracci – Los Angles and at The Dell’Arte School for Movement Theatre – Blue Lake, California.
