Encounter on Dome Rock

Four very unlikely people on a tour of the Dome of the Rock in Jerusalem are accidentally left behind to face a bizarre and abusive night together in the mosque. The spiritual backgrounds of each person clash violently. Real danger is also present as each one struggles with the disintegration of their conscience. Only a miracle from the Rock itself prevents a terrorist disaster. Four metaphoric dream sequences played by the chorus mirror the deep spiritual and psychological interaction that exist between the four principals. These sequences depend on skillful action and live music using, lyrical texts, songs, dance and mime.
